Roami at Century Plaza is located in downtown Minneapolis directly across the street from the Minneapolis Convention Center, making it one of the most convenient places to stay for conferences and events. Nearby attractions include: • Minneapolis Convention Center — across the street! Our staff is not the most physically strong but we are pretty sure we can throw a rock and hit the convention center from our property • Nicollet Mall — shopping and dining • US Bank Stadium — Vikings games and concerts. 1 mile away! • Target Field — We love baseball too, 1 mile away! • Loring Park — beautiful urban park • Downtown skyway system — indoor walking access throughout downtown. Access is right across the street through convention center The location offers easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and major downtown attractions.
Getting Around
Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere. We find the location and downtown to be very walkable as well :)

Please review the following guidelines carefully. 🚭 SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the suite, on balconies or patios, or in any common or parking areas. Evidence of smoking will result in recovery fees starting at $500 and may result in immediate termination of the stay. Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. 🕓 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. 👥 OCCUPANCY & USE • No parties or events • No outside guests without prior written permission • Minimum age to book: 22 years old • No weapons or illegal substances allowed. Violations will result in immediate removal and may involve law enforcement. • Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] • Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. 🐾 EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS (ESA) Guests traveling with an Emotional Support Animal may be subject to a pet fee. In certain cases, ESAs may be declined in accordance with applicable laws and HOA requirements. 🔒 GUEST VERIFICATION To comply with legal and HOA requirements, all guests must: • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID • Confirm contact information • Complete our secure verification portal • In some cases, complete a background check Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation and denied entry. Information is collected for identity verification purposes only. 📄 RENTAL AGREEMENT All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement prior to arrival. 🔊 NOISE POLICY Guests must respect neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
